House Rules

At The Lodge, we play hard and relax hard. Our property is one of the few in Bend that comfortably accommodates large groups, and we work hard to maintain it in pristine condition so every guest can have a wonderful experience.

We encourage a culture of respect. No parties or events are permitted without prior authorization, and we ask that all guests be mindful of our neighbors and the surrounding community. The lodge is carefully inventoried after each stay, and renters are responsible for any missing items or damage.

Thank you in advance for complying with the following rules:

Swimming, Lake & Hot Tub

  • Swim and use the hot tub at your own risk. No lifeguard is on duty.

  • Life vests are required for children anytime they’re near or on the lake. Vests are provided in the boathouse.

  • No swimming or boating while intoxicated.

  • No glass in the hot tub.

  • The hot tub is serviced during the day twice weekly.
If anything looks or smells off, contact us immediately.
